**Role**: Service Coordinator - Cameron Surface Production Systems
**Location**: Kewdale WA
**Type of contract**: Permanent
**Roster**: Full Time
Main role of a SFP Service Coordinator is to assist and be a main point of contact for the field technicians over multiple work fronts, as most scopes are Ad-hoc the requirements continuously change.
In this position, you will be working for Cameron. Cameron is part of the SLB product family and is a leading provider of flow equipment products, systems, and services to worldwide oil, gas, and process industries.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Arranging travel and accommodations for team members.
- Procurement of equipment and consumables depending on the current scope.
- Ordering, shipment and tracking of consumables per customer (internal or external).
- Ordering and issuing of parts in SAP.
- Follow up, assist, and compile vendor invoices as required.
- Compilation of services and equipment quotes as per regular duties, additional tasks include processing said quotes and liaison with procurement team on orders, lead times and delivery.
- Liaise with vendors directly regarding equipment repair, additional requirements etc.
- Assistance with customer and vendor invoicing queries.
- Direct liaison with customers regarding PO increases and claims processes, as required.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget and ROFO for FS team.
- Assist with preparation and attend customer review meetings, as required.
- Assist FS team with payroll and HR queries as required.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a staffing or workforce coordination role.
- Diploma or similar level qualification in a related field is desirable.
