**CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand providing end to end communications solutions for clients of all sizes.**

As the Services Co-ordinator you will be a crucial member of the team with scope to plan, resource and schedule jobs for the workshop and field technicians. You will best identify the team's skill sets and assign work based on knowledge and skills, while overseeing product dispatch, and be first point of contact to customer service inquiries for the Perth area.

**What are we looking for?**

Ideally you will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated personality that thrives in fast moving environment that is comfortable and confident in both communication and organisational skills and possess the following:

- Proven experience in an Allocator/Scheduling/Coordinating type role (or related), ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with field staff, and external customers being clear and concise in approach.
- Advanced organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills, experience with basic accounting or ERP software highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications/certifications in business admin/management or related field highly regarded.
