This is a well respected organisation with a strong presence throughout NSW & Queensland, with this role being based in Newcastle.

**Team & Culture**
As a WHS Advisor, you will be reporting to the Head Of Safety and will be a core member of the HR team and Safety team, working in a business services team of 16 and a wider organisation of 1000+ staff.

You will be joining an empathetic and passionate team who all have the common goal of working hard to help others.

**Role**
This role is a unique opportunity to get on board and help with the implementation of the new WHS system at this organisation.

As WHS Advisor, you will be working in a passionate and experienced safety team to lead all things Safety.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Training and implementation of the safety systems
- Hazard control
- Monthly reporting and administration
- Ensuring safety compliance is met through the business
- Emergency management and planning
- WHS administrative tasks
- WHS audits and reporting
