**About the Roles**

**In these positions, you will**:

- Collaborate with leading organisations across high-risk industries to ensure comprehensive compliance with WHS legislation.
- Identify and mitigate risks, develop safety protocols, and foster a proactive safety culture across all levels of the business.
- Provide coaching, training, and hands-on guidance to both management and frontline teams on best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Manage incident investigations, conduct thorough risk assessments, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety standards.

**About You**

**We’re looking for individuals who**:

- Hold relevant qualifications in WHS or a related field.
- Have proven experience in a WHS advisory, management, or coordination role, ideally within mining, construction, or heavy industries.
- Demonstrate expertise in WHS compliance and regulatory knowledge with a track record of improving workplace safety.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams across all levels of an organisation.
