Whether you are looking to secure your next permanent, contract or casual position, or a client who is searching for your next hire, Mobilize want to partner with good people - customers, clients and suppliers alike to make a meaningful connections. **Mobilize** are currently searching for 2 x Mobilisation Coordinators to work with our clients based in West Perth and Canning Vale on a permanent basis. **About the role** You will be responsible for the mobilisation of field crew to site, ensuring all required documentation, tickets and certs are obtained. - Liaising with Operations Managers, Site Supervisors, Field Crew and HR - Prioritise and manage the mobilisation of field crew onto site in an efficient and timely manner - Ensure field crew compliance requirements are met eg. valid tickets and licences - Documentation for site entry processes and procedures via site specific forms or software (INX or Workflow) - Book/request flights and accommodation **Required skills & Experience** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel and Outlook - Experience in INX or Workflow - Desirable but not crucial - Previous experience within a similar role - Understanding of Drilling operations - desirable - Ability to liaise with all levels within the organisation including Senior Management - Great organisational and time management skills - Approachable / friendly and helpful - Excellent written and verbal communication skills **How to apply** - Resume - Cover Letter (optional)
