**Your Opportunity**

This is a 12 month parental cover opportunity.

As the first point of contact for all parts of the employment lifecycle, business partners collaborate with COEs across P&I to deliver seamless solutions. They’re competent in providing generalist people advice, problem solving and coaching. They also manage and improve KPMG’s key cyclical people activities each year.

Forming part of the HR Business Partnering team this role will play a key role in partnering with your stakeholders to provide pragmatic and high-quality advice and solutions.
- Provide high quality advice to key stakeholders on a variety of people practices and matters.
- Coach leaders through people issues to collaborative solutions.
- Manage complex ER issues and escalations.
- Leverage data and insights to drive people priorities within Service Group.
- Work closely with the Centres of Excellence teams to ensure the high-quality delivery of cyclical activities, such as performance and remuneration reviews, listening surveys and talent processes.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in a similar HR advisory role
- Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Experience in contributing to projects with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to identify and articulate issues and risks, and escalate or coordinate to an acceptable outcome
- Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously in the face of changing priorities and requirements
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- An awareness of employment legislation, regulatory environment, and market leading HR practices
