Your Role

Were excited to announce multiple full-time opportunities to join our team as a Property Claims Consultant.

Key Details Location: Anywhere in Australia, where we have offices Work Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (Western Australian Time) Work Arrangement: Flexible hybrid model only one in-office day per week required

As a Claims Consultant, youll be at the heart of our customer experience. Every interaction you have has the power to make a real difference for our customers when they need us most.Youll build strong relationships, explore the best possible outcomes with confidence, and work efficiently to ensure a smooth and seamless claims process from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, solutions-focused, and driven to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

About You

Were looking for someone who is agile, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Youll be confident managing competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality outcomes for our customers.

You will bring: Experience in insurance or claims is Call centre experience is preferable Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders High technical proficiency, including the ability to navigate and manage multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously
