**Gro Clinics is currently recruiting for a full-time Hair Growth Sales Specialist for our Perth Clinic.**

The role

We are looking for an accomplished sales specialist to offer a professional hair loss assessment, advice and recommendation to clients wanting a hair re-growth treatment plan. This role is about exciting the client with what is possible when it comes to improving the way they look and feel about their hair. You will be responsible for accurately educated on the process and that we can offer real solutions to their hair loss problems - hair transplant or medication where appropriate.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing the client hair journey
- Create and nurture relationships with local referral partners
- Assessment of each customers' individual needs and recommending best practice and explaining procedures, hair loss prescriptions, and everyday retail products (ie shampoo).
- Following up with clients post-consultation to establish how we can meet their needs and outcome goals.
- In-person consultations and diagnoses as per company protocols
- Answering customer enquiries, booking, and scheduling appointments
- Regular quoting and pricing discussions.
- Building relationships with clients for reviews and referral purposes throughout their post treatment journey.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- Experience in a customer led industry would be highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can show empathy, engage the client and build rapport
- Ability to manage expectations with clients at every stage
- Active listening skills
- Have integrity
- Problem solving skills
- Time management
- Ability to travel Interstate and Internationally as required to our other clinics
