Key Responsibilities:

  • Haircutting & Styling: Provide precision haircuts and styling services tailored to each client's unique preferences and hair type.
  • Colouring: Providing various range of colour services, vivid, blondes, naturals. You name it, we do it
  • Consultation & Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, offer professional advice on styles and products, and ensure each client leaves the salon satisfied with their look.
  • Hair Care & Maintenance: Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend suitable products for maintaining their style between visits.
  • Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring tools, equipment, and workstations are clean and sanitised.
  • Neurodivergent-Friendly Services: Tailor your approach to meet the needs of neurodivergent clients, offering sensory-friendly options and adjustments to create a comfortable and supportive experience. On-site training is provided.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in a wide range of hairdressing techniques, including modern and classic styles and colours.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, understand, and respond to client needs effectively.
  • A commitment to inclusivity, with a deep understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and respectful workplace culture.
