As we launch KStrong's exciting new operations in Australia, we're seeking an exceptional National Sales Manager to spearhead our market entry and build our presence. **The Opportunity**

We're looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead KStrong's expansion into the Australian market. This is a senior, autonomous role where you'll have full accountability for building our sales function, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing KStrong as a market leader in Australia's fall protection industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Leadership & Planning**
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for the Australian market
- Conduct thorough market analysis and identify key opportunities within fall protection/height safety sectors
- Establish sales targets, KPIs and performance metrics aligned with global objectives
- Create go-to-market strategies for different industry verticals (construction, mining, industrial, etc.)
- Leverage KS Group's global expertise and product portfolio for market advantage

**Team Building & Management**
- Recruit, train and manage a high-performing sales team across Australia
- Provide coaching and mentorship to drive team performance

**Distribution Channel Development**
- Identify, evaluate and establish strategic partnerships with key distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with safety equipment distributors, PPE suppliers, and industry resellers
- Negotiate distribution agreements and manage distributor performance
- Develop channel enablement programs including training and marketing support
- Leverage KS Group's global distribution expertise and best practices

**Market Development & Customer Acquisition**
- Target and engage major end-users across construction, mining, manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Build relationships with key decision makers including safety managers, procurement teams, and C-suite executives
- Represent KStrong at industry trade shows, conferences and networking events
- Collaborate with global marketing team to adapt campaigns for Australian market
- Utilize KS Group's comprehensive product range to meet diverse customer needs

**Business Operations & Reporting**
- Provide regular sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Manage pricing strategies and margin optimization
- Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients
- Ensure compliance with Australian safety standards and regulations

**Essential Requirements**

**Industry Experience - CRITICAL**
- Minimum 5-7 years in fall protection, height safety, or broader PPE industry within Australia
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales within safety/industrial sectors
- Deep understanding of Australian distribution channels for safety equipment
- Established relationships with key distributors, resellers, and industry stakeholders
- Knowledge of Australian safety standards and compliance requirements

**Leadership & Sales Expertise**
- Demonstrated experience building and managing successful sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute market entry plans
