An exceptional boutique firm, led by a highly experienced Partner. In this role, you will work alongside the existing Manager and support the Partner and team, whilst managing a portfolio of clients. The role has become available due to growth within the firm. The firm has interesting tax work, beyond compliance.

Duties within this role include:

- Reviewing work of junior staff, which includes BAS, IAS, FBT, tax returns and financials
- Manage a fee portfolio of $600K, the firm has higher fee’s than this however the portfolio will be split
- Reviewing work of Juniors through to Senior staff.
- Completing work at a high level. Given this is a boutique firm you must be prepared to process as and when required
- Manage you own client portfolio and communicate with clients
- Share management responsibilities and manage 3 accountants and 2 bookkeepers plus the admin person

Skills and personal attributes:

- Must be technically strong in tax and compliance
- Have 7 + years of experience within a Business Services role and operating at a Supervisor role at a minimum
- CA/ CPA qualified
- Exceptional communication is a must
- Proven stability in the workplace
