We are looking for a Senior Accountant/Supervisor – Business Services who thrives on working directly with clients while leading and guiding a capable team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine client relationships, technical expertise and mentoring into one career-defining opportunity.

What you'll do

• Be the trusted advisor and main contact for a diverse portfolio of businesses and high net worth clients

• Review and supervise accountants' work, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns across companies, trusts, SMSFs and high net worth individuals

• Deliver clear management reports that drive client decision-making and growth

• Provide technical tax advice and implement tailored tax planning strategies

• Advise on structures and help identify opportunities for clients to benefit from broader services within our firm

• Mentor and develop accountants, building a high-performing team around you

• Work closely with Partners to deliver meaningful, value-added solutions to clients

What we want

• At least six years of business services experience in an Australian Public Accounting Practice with strong technical tax knowledge across multiple entities

• Proven ability to review and sign off on staff work with precision and care

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in client interaction and presentations

• Ability to supervise, mentor and inspire staff while managing your own portfolio

• Commitment to continuous training and technical development

• Experience with Xero, Xero Tax and Class is preferred

• CA or CPA qualified preferable
