We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator to develop and configure tools that automate database administration tasks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

You will play a key role in monitoring performance statistics, identifying issues, and recommending corrective actions to support our growing business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Automate and streamline database administration tasks to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze performance statistics, creating actionable reports.
- Investigate complex database issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform routine configuration, installation, and reconfiguration of database systems and related products.

**Required Experience**:

- Strong hands-on experience with various DBMS including **Microsoft SQL/Express**, **MySQL**, **Oracle**, and **PostgreSQL**.
- Experience with database performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Knowledge of **Microsoft BackOffice products**.
- Familiarity with **Red Hat Linux**.
