As an Analyst, AV Events you are someone who has strong audio visual knowledge with an open mindset to learn and grow. You will be expected to provide dedicated onsite and remote support for the audio visual component of NAB Events across Australia and our international sites. This will involve the planning, set-up and running of Zoom Meetings, Webinars, Events and hybrid events. In room planning, set-up and operation of various technology equipment. Plan, produce and shoot both livestream and content for video on demand.

**What you will bring**
- Strong experience experience supporting services to large scale enterprise, preferably with AV solutions (Video, Web and Audio Conferencing)
- Experience working in a Workplace Operations environment dealing with multiple levels of stakeholders
- Have a passion for video creation and event hosting
- Strong interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication ability
- Ability to create and document processes, standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and training material and user guides
- Knowledge of video conferencing and webinars
- Experience in using ServiceNow for incident, change and request management.
- Experience w/VoIP best practices, process, and procedures for deployment and support
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership to drive outcomes
- Ability to quickly grasp end user requirements
