Key Responsibilities
- **Project Coordination**: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily activities and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress updates.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a point of contact between project teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- **On-Site Support**: Provide administrative and logístical support on construction sites, including organizing materials, managing schedules, and monitoring progress.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies are adhered to throughout the project.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and address project challenges or delays and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience will be considered.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction or project administration role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work on-site in Newcastle and adapt to project demands.
- **Driver’s License**: A valid driver’s license is preferred.
