Project Coordinator

Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of projects- Assist in coordinating a mature portfolio of projects- Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met- Monitor the progress of the projects, including risks, issues, dependencies and benefits- Record project progress via the company’s Product Lifecycle Management System (PLM)- Provide administrative support to the Project Management Office team members- Provide support to broader resource management processes and assist with Project tracking and reporting activities.- Organise status meetings- Tracks, monitors and reports project progress- Maintains and distributes product specifications

Qualification Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Product Lifecycle Management programs knowledge and/or experience
- Experience with program/project management life cycle, methodologies, and administrative support processes
- Project Management Office experience or coordinating a large portfolio of projects
- Experience working on many concurrent Programs and fast-paced environment
- Project Management qualifications and/or experience advantageous
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to work autonomously ensuring deadlines are met on time- Understanding of Agile Principles and collaboration tools such as the Atlassian suite of tools- Knowledge of project management tools, software and processes

**Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree and Project Management Certification
