LionHouse provides Consulting and Outsourcing services to the VET Sector. Our mission statement is, “To support an ethical and sustainable VET sector, and help it grow”.

We provide skilled and qualified trainers to many of our RTO clients. We are currently recruiting for experienced Trainers and Assessors for the delivery and assessment of education programs within the Fitness Training Package.

The role will be a combination of face to face training and zoom support sessions to students completing their Fitness qualifications.

Skills and Experience
- Certificate IV in Fitness (SIS40221 or equivalent)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and current trends in the delivery of literacy and numeracy support.
- Experience in dealing with people from diverse backgrounds and life experience.
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- A commitment to positively meeting the employment, educational and vocational training needs of all students.
- Own vehicle required.
