Join one of Australia’s finest global, market-leading SaaS companies as their newest Product Trainer

As a Product Trainer, you will be a part of a small technical team, developing and delivering important training and certification programmes.

Your main duty will be to provide interesting technical content that is simple to understand for internal and external stakeholders' learning needs.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Designing efficient learning programmes and interesting learning materials in close collaboration with Product teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Engage with learners to facilitate the promotion, support, analysis, and improvement of learning materials and programmes
- Creating and disseminating educational materials using suitable and diverse media, including movies, images, infographics, animations, e-learning, presentation slides, manuals, and workbooks
- Actively collaborating with the Product team to improve the Product and create product-specific training
- Creating educational materials that serve as evidence of a person's aptitude and expertise

**About you**:

- Ability to build curriculum, units, and assessments for courses that achieve software learning outcomes for learners with different skill levels
- Facilitate content and quality assurance reviews, taking user input into account and putting revisions into practise
- Able to develop and visualise pedagogically sound, dynamic, and interesting course materials
