Confident Care Products a Division of Australian Linen Supply is seeking a Junior Sales Coordinator to provide Administration & Sales Support to our National Sales Team.

At Confident Care Products we provide a range of Patient Care Products predominantly to the Health Care Industry across Australia.

Duties for this role include:

- Promote and develop sales of products & services to new and existing customers
- Providing accurate, timely and professional response and support to customer enquiries and orders
- Recognising sales opportunities and either converting to sales or passing opportunities on to sales managers
- Undertaking customer service activities including taking orders & customer enquiries via the call centre, verifying and entering of quotes and sales orders
- Administration tasks including reporting and records management;
- Other duties as reasonably required.

To be considered for the role, you will possess:

- A passion for excellent customer service
- Previous sales experience is valuable
- Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage
- Ability to efficiently learn new products and services
- Effective communication (written & oral) skills
- High level of organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- An ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Ingleburn, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales / Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
