Our client is a global ICT company offering a variety of ICT services based on its vast experience and accumulated technological capabilities, as well as its excellent partnerships and human resources all over the world.

They were incorporated to meet the growing demand in the market for efficient Supply Chain Management (SCM) and logistics systems. They provide personalized SCM/Logistics solutions aligned with the varying needs of companies based on its own integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution. Depending on the customers’ needs, various solution combinations are offered which ensures a steady information exchange among the solutions and connections within the systems.

Duties
- Processing Inbound Returns.
- Rebooking Re-Deliveries.
- Liaising with customers and stores.
- System Management through WMS / TMS (Cello)
- Delivery management through carrier ERP Systems
- Assisting outbound teams with redelivery freight management
- Transport booking scheduling
- Stock Transfers Metro/Interstate
- Return Inventory recording - Overseeing stock storage processes
- Forklift driving - Clamp, counterbalance and high reach
- Liaising with Operations team to maintain the stock storage processes and solutions.
- Processing Virtual Transactions
- Closure of open Return DO’s meeting KPI timelines

Skills and Experience
- Experience as a Return Operator (not required but desired)
- WMS / TMS Systems
- ERP Carrier Network Systems
- Forklift License
- Superb negotiation, collaboration, and communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite
- Ability to work autonomously, set priorities, and work to deadlines
- Work harmoniously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Driver's License and Car (required)

- Monday to Friday
