Our Client is a rapidly growing business, Who pride themselves on excellent service and quality products. This is an enthusiastic team which are seeking link minded people, who want to grow their career. This role would work closely with the customer ensuring the best possible customer experience. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who is environmentally minded with a solid work ethic that can work efficiently and effectively to achieve desired business outcomes. Located in the Western suburbs.

**Your role will involve the following duties**:

- Customer Service - building strong relationships with customers and ensure that all customers always receive a high level of service.
- Responding to social media inquiries
- Assist in marketing campaigns
- Preparation of customer quotes & processing orders
- Raising purchase orders to suppliers
- Stock control including some minor store work assisting with re-stocking shelves and packing orders

**The Successful Applicant**:
**In order to be successful, you will have**:

- A keen eye for attention to detail
- Professional manner
- Passion for Sales & Customer Service
- Passion for environmental issues and plastic waste reduction
- Ideally some customer service & sales experience, or a science or environmental background.
- Positive attitude
- Microsoft Excel Skills
- Strong data entry skills
