**The Role**:
As a Complex Claims Advisor at QGIF in the sensitive claims team you'll will manage a portfolio of technical/complex common law personal injury claims under the PIPA including sensitive claims involving allegations of historical child abuse. In the General team you'll will manage a portfolio of technical/complex claims for a variety of government agencies including common law personal injury claims, general liability, malicious prosecution, class actions, complex employment and discrimination matters. You'll navigate the complexities of litigated files and develop strategies that uphold the highest standards of public service excellence.
