**URGENTLY HIRING - Disability Support Worker**

**Availability**:

- Must be flexible from Monday to Saturday.
- Must be available between 8am to 12pm, and 4pm to 8pm.
- 3-4 times per week.

**Requirements**:

- At least **1 year of experience** in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
- Experienced in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills.
- Fluent English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive and have experience working with participants who require physical support/social support.
- Full Australian driver’s license, own car, and comprehensive car insurance.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.

**About the role**:
Your role is to provide exceptional service while supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.

**This includes but is not limited to**:

- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
- Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
- Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
- Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
- Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.

This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
