About the Role

You'll be part of a dynamic team at our flagship venue Ambarvale Hotel. Helping to deliver high-quality customer service at private functions, corporate events, and special occasions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Functions Manager & function team
  • Setting up and packing down event spaces
  • Providing professional food and beverage service throughout the duration of the function
  • Assisting with event coordination and guest needs
  • Maintaining a clean & tidy function space
  • Managing runsheet's & bar tabs and ensuring the function runs smoothly

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, ideally in events or functions
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Managerial or supervisory experience – highly regarded but not essential
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
  • RSA certificate
