The Governor is a fun filled multi-faceted venue that offer a range of food, sports bar, events, and entertainment in a luxury environment that is a favourite with our local community. **About The Role**:
As the Gaming Manager at The Governor Hotel, you are responsible for but not limited to:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gaming room.
- Manage and maintain gaming machines, ensuring they are operational and meet regulatory standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patrons, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, enhancing their overall experience.
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time.
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code.

**About You**:
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Proven experience in a similar role - this is a great opportunity for an expereinced Gaming Attendant wishing to move into a management position.
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance.
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming Certificate (RCG).
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
