RCP is a professional project management services consultancy located in the Brisbane CBD with over 40 years’ experience delivering solution focused outcomes for our clients in the building construction industry. We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Digital Communications Coordinator to join our national marketing team based in Brisbane CBD, Queensland.

**_ About the Role:_**
This Head Office position supports our national corporate marketing team in the creation and scheduling of marketing material and social media platforms. You will be experienced in developing and deploying content and campaigns to gain increased brand exposure by developing appropriate and creative content and integrating your marketing efforts with our national team.

**_ Duties and Responsibilities _**
- Corporate Marketing Support_
General marketing administration support as required, including:

- Prepare, attend and participate in team meetings
- Source relevant information from internal team members & obtaining approvals for marketing campaigns
- Develop engaging and appropriate marketing material and campaigns and corporate brand promotion in line with the overall marketing direction and our corporate values and vision
- Develop and manage social media and electronic marketing content & campaigns
- Design and develop marketing collateral, e-newsletters, brochures, promotional products etc.
- Assist with preparation of proposals/tender submissions/presentations as required
- Design and manage promotional mail-outs, manage mailing lists and databases, co-ordinating with external suppliers as necessary (printers, photographers etc)
- Co-ordinate company website updates and manage content updates
- The role also provides general administrative support (reception, typing, document formatting, general office duties, functions/events etc)

**_Skills & Experience_**

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:

- A relevant tertiary qualification & approx 3 years experience in a marketing support role
- Proven social media marketing campaign design and co-ordination skills
- Past experience managing corporate social media, digital marketing platforms, marketing campaign design & co-ordination
- Experienced in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop)
- Competent in the use of WordPress, SEO and Google Analytics, Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail & accurate proofreading skills
- Polished communication and interpersonal skills
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Professional manner and presentation
