We are looking for a proactive and persuasive **university student** to join us as a **Part-Time Tele Event Promoter**. In this role, you will engage corporate executives through outbound calls, encouraging their participation in conferences, seminars, and events. This opportunity is perfect for students looking to gain hands-on experience in communication, sales, and marketing while working in a target-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to corporate executives to promote and secure event participation.
- Identify and qualify key prospects through effective communication and research.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call KPIs.
- Understand client needs and effectively present event benefits to drive engagement.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Currently enrolled university student** with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to engage potential clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and approaches.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or event promotion is a plus but not required.

**Schedule**:

- **Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM**:

- Flexible part-time role ideal for students.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Graduate

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
