**Our client**:
Our client is a leading Global Law Firm covering a range of legal disciplines, including corporate law, real estate, litigation, intellectual property and data protection. **About the role**:
The team is cross-skilled to ensure flexibility, in order to adjust to variations in demand. Responsibilities will depend on the assignment and may involve work connected to one or more of the following:

- Assist in the discovery process by gathering, reviewing, and organizing relevant documents
- Preparing instructions to Counsel and liaising with third parties, Courts/Tribunals and opponents on case related matters
- Conducting continuous assessment of case merits
- Conducting negotiations for settlement and preparation for trial from inception to completion

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in law or a related field or demonstrated relevant experience in a professional or legal service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have paralegal or legal assistant experience across Litigation
- Agile and collaborative approach with flexibility to adapt to different activities and priorities
- Available for fulltime employment
