**Responsibilities**:
Looking for a role where you can lead, design and develop the Content strategy for a major Australian business? In this exciting, newly created role you’ll be part of a boutique agency team seconded into a blue-chip Insurance brand.

Your role is to establish the Content strategy framework, design delivery systems and put in place processes for day-to-day execution and workflows. You’ll create a toolkit for all content across multiple Digital channels including web, SEO and Social - defining tone of voice, legislative requirements, information architecture and strategies for optimising customer engagement. Working closely with internal technical specialists, you’ll build out the Content ecosystem, developing automated and scalable systems and operations. As the Content SME, you’ll coach and mentor across the organisation, empowering the team to generate content ideas and educating on best practice. Reporting to the Head of Experience and Design, you’ll be a key part of a new team driving consistency and quality across the organisation.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least eight to ten years experience in a Content specialist role covering content design systems, content strategy, content modelling, content planning, information architecture, and UX writing. You may have worked agency or client-side, and excel at stakeholder management with a customer-centred approach.

In this unique role you’ll work for the agency but spend most of your time with the client. You’ll certainly feel part of the friendly and inclusive agency team, but also have access to the resources and processes of the larger corporate environment. The agency is delightful with a family feel, open and supportive culture. The Insurance company offers a wide array of amazing benefits with a strong focus on well-being. Whilst the role is a twelve month contract, there may be longer term possibilities. The Head Office is in Melbourne but the role is available for fully remote working anywhere in Australia.
