As a crucial member of the team, your ability to drive account usage growth within critical segments, such as scan rates, module adoption, and usage, will be key to your success in this role. You will lead in conversations on new feature adoption, conduct regular check-ins with key accounts, and cultivate customer evangelists, all while fostering strong and lasting relationships with valued clients.
This is a full-time position, with head office located in Perth CBD, Western Australia. The opportunity to 'work from home' may be available.
