**Recruiting for our wine team.**

We have an extensive wine list and knowledge in Italian regions & varietals favoured.

Head Sommelier is a full time role. We are also recruiting for other members of our wine team - full time and casual.
- Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Excellent knowledge of wine and food pairing; with focus on Italian, French, and Australian wines
- Understanding of COGS
- Fluent spoken English
- Formal hospitality qualifications and 1-2 years of employment experience
- A positive attitude to customer service and teamwork

**Viewed favourably**:

- Experience with Italian cuisine

**Tasks include**:

- Managing and developing a wonderful varied and worldly cellar with the support of your team and encouragement of the other senior management members
- Continuous training and development to ensure current knowledge
- Advising customers on wine pairing with food, occasion and budget
- Liaise closely with other restaurant staff, so that you are on hand to take drink orders and serve guests at the appropriate time
- Responsible for briefing other restaurant staff on the wine list, so that they promote particular wines and can advise customers
