Complex case adviser to join a growing and developing team in the education space. **Your new company** You will join the governing arm and corporate services branch of an educational representative, not for profit body, responsible for serving over 100,000 students and 16,000 staff across Victoria. **Your new role** Reporting to the Team Leader, Complaints and Complex Case Management, this role will assist with review and refinement of complaints management policy and assistance in the management of complaints and other complex issues. You will: - Work with external and external stakeholders to appropriately assist in management of complaints and complex issues in relation to education - Review and refine policies and framework in accordance to organisation key principals - Manage complex complaints and matters, recommending clear courses of action for complex matters and complaints to internal teams and external service providers and contacts. - Identifying improvement areas in complaints handling and processes NOTE: This position is based in Moorabbin OR Croydon. **What you'll need to succeed** To be successful in this position you must have; - Legal qualification (desirable) - Strong experience with case management and complaints handling. - Demonstrated experience of managing highly emotive and complex issues. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in written communication. - The ability to work autonomously and independently. **What you'll get in return** - $100,000 - $135,000 + 10.5% superannuation with not for profit salary packaging incentives - Permanent, full-time, Monday - Friday role - Flexible start/finish times - Hybrid working environment (3 days office minimum, 2 days WFH capacity) - Join a "Greenfield" environment that is growing and developing and be a part of that change. **What you need to do now** If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. **LHS 297508** #2718573
