**About the role**

We are currently looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to work on an exciting new Cloud based digital mining system development program related to asset health, reliability monitoring, ESG and other solutions that are based on integration with 3rd party technologies, which include sharing requirements with IoT data collection and storage partners. The Technical Solutions Manager will be responsible for the technical relationships with other 3rd party ecosystem partners that access machine data from Readyline.io or other data sources and provide value-added analytics back to the program for use in their asset health cloud solution. This role would suit an individual with a good technical understanding of Cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), IoT/Data communication between cloud and enterprise systems, and system integration (API).

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Digital Strategy and Proof of Value team and group/partner company technical product management to define technical requirements for Asset Health offering and related solutions
- Work with dealers and customers to understand technical requirements to inform solution roadmap, and work with Proof of Value (POV) team to plan testing with lead customers and dealers for initial early adopter versions of branded asset health and ESG solutions and service offerings.
- Plan and Document requirements for capturing and securely sharing machine data and analytical insights (starting with mobile and fixed plant mining operations equipment, ERP and other data sources) between stakeholders and 3rd party ecosystem partners.
- Evaluate and document technical capabilities of 3rd party solutions as part of the Proof of Value early adoption testing, CVC investment and M&A due diligence processes.

**Key deliverables**:

- Asset Health and ESG technical roadmap including key features and services with anticipated timelines (based on collaboration with key stakeholders, group companies such as Bradken, HEP etc and 3rd party technology providers). This includes working with the Digital Strategy team members on potential ecosystem technical roadmap
- Work with customers, dealers and technology partners to document technical requirements to implement Proof of Value testing with early adopter customers.
- Document technical feedback from dealers and customers from PoV testing in collaboration with Customer Experience specialists (Voice of Customer), Solution Managers and validate with stakeholders
- Create technology assessments and reports on technology partners including technical assessments, technical roadmap requirements and fit to overall solution strategy.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years Technical Product Management or technical system integration experience
- Experience identifying and working with Industrial IoT and/or cloud-based ecosystem partners including creation of APIs and technical planning for customer deployments
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to both technical and business audiences
- Previous experience with asset health and sustainability technologies and services for mining or similar industrial markets (e.g. oil and gas, transportation etc.) is a strong plus
- Fluency in English is a must, Japanese is a plus
- Previous experience with high performance, high scalability, high availability and highly secure data solutions, on AWS/Azure or other IoT platform is a strong plus, including familiarity with technologies such as time series data.
