Baidam is working with an award-winning not-for-profit organisation to look for a permanent Solutions Analyst Team Lead to join their office located in Brisbane CBD.

**What are we looking for?**

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Management of team members including setting and regular review of key performance indicators that link to the organisations strategic plan
- Participate as an active member of the team and work collaboratively with others to achieve outcomes
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Solutions Analyst team
- Manage the provision of a range of administrative, information management, technical and general support services and activities in an ITIL based environment
- Ensuring business requirements are met in line with agreed service level targets
- Establish and oversee adherence to processes governing the setup and implementation of solutions
- Maintain the currency and validity of ICT reference materials
- Provide review, feedback, and quality assurance for all work carried out by the technical support team
- Managing the development and continuous improvement of process or relevant frameworks
- Manage escalations and bottlenecks in processes with both internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver training and user acceptance testing
- Contribute to implementing continuous improvement to systems and any system and/or process related projects
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls
- Participate and contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of the Digital Solutions Group

**About you**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience with the following: Finance/HR/ERP systems, POS systems, CMS/CRM
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Excellent skills in analysis and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Eligibility for a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National Police Check
- Current driver’s licence
