**About Role**:
In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for developing original social content for Loup's key clients and celebrity programs. This includes content for public facing organic social channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Tik Tok) as well as our Private Facebook Communities.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
In collaboration with the Social Media Manager, building the social media strategy for Centr, by Chris Hemsworth.
Craft and deliver compelling storytelling across all social channels, anchored by customer insights and a distinctive personality.
Leverage innovations, trends & the unique features of each social platform to deliver highly engaging content.
Uncover and experiment with new features and functionality of social platforms to drive business performance and engagement.
Collaborate with the creative team to build and maintain a content ideas library that powers innovation, future content creation (eg shoots), & business growth.
Leverage data and analytics to report on performance, uncover new opportunities, and support strategy.
Develop weekly/monthly/ day-to-day social media content schedules - coordinating inputs from across the business, writing briefs, working with creative on production, posting content and approvals as required.
3+ years in a Social Media content creation role
Tertiary qualifications in English, Media, Writing, Marketing Communications or equivalent
Experience in producing video & digital content
Experienced in driving business outcomes (e.g sales/web traffic) from social activity
In-depth knowledge of social marketing and digital trends and practices
Hands-on experience in posting content and measuring the impact of social posts on all key social platforms
Passion for best practice in online/digital with meticulous attention to detail, editing and proofreading skills
Social experience with brands with an international/global audience desirable
