At Prestige Inhome Care, we believe that there is no place like home. Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Compliance Support Officer to join our high-performing Quality & Risk team. This role is perfect for someone who’s naturally organised, thrives on ticking boxes (in the best way), and is passionate about making systems better.
Reporting to our Quality & Risk Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our compliance, risk, and contractor management functions. It’s a role that sits at the intersection of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
This role is Part Time - 3 days per week with a preference for Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8.30am to 5pm.
**You’ll be responsible for**:
- Supporting internal and ad hoc audits across the business
- Helping keep our systems and processes in line with accreditation standards
- Managing contractor onboarding, certifications, and compliance tracking
- Assisting in incident and complaint reviews, identifying trends and improvements
- Championing a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the business
**If you possess the following skills, we want to hear from you**:
- Previous experience in compliance, risk, quality, or admin-heavy coordination roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Great communication and people skills, you’re someone others trust
- An understanding of the aged care or disability sectors is a bonus, but not essential
