**Your Role**

**What you’ll be doing**

Workflow & Campaign Coordination
- Track progress across campaign and project timelines, ensuring key milestones, tasks, and owners are clearly defined and maintained.
- Coordinate marketing input deadlines across teams to support the execution of the annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
- Identify blockers and flag issues to relevant stakeholders to keep plans on track.

Marketing Calendar Management
- Maintain the central marketing calendar in alignment with business priorities, trade events, and partner activity.
- Support the planning and preparation of weekly trade meetings and monthly planning forums, including agenda coordination and material collation.

Process Improvement & Support
- Create and maintain templates, automations, and dashboards to improve visibility and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with initiatives owners and channels to ensure plans are accurate, complete, and achievable.
- Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager and Partnership Managers to align on key campaign inputs, updates, and performance tracking requirements.

**What you'll bring to the table**
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing coordination, operations, or project support role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Experience in a fast-paced marketing, retail, or multi-brand environment is a plus.
