Personal Assistant/medical Receptionist

Our client, is a leading surgeon committed to providing technologically advanced care and is a pioneer of non invasive surgery.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join a growing and progressive surgeon as a full time assistant. You will provide superior admin support to the Surgeon.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Booking appointments
- Chasing up patient results
- Uploading transcriptions, formatting and editing
- Scanning referrals
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Liaising with hospital staff and booking procedures
- Utilising Genie Medical software
To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and establish efficient office systems. You will have proven ability to work in independently. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing premium customer service.
