Our clinic hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm; Saturday 8:30am - 1:00pm

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Dental Receptionist / Client Care Coordinator** who is passionate about patient care and looking to grow into a **Practice Manager** role in the future. This position is central to our patient experience and administrative efficiency. Note: there is some flexibility for this role to be either full-time / permanent / casual.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone
- Manage appointment bookings, recalls, and rescheduling
- Perform all reception and administrative duties including processing HICAPS/EFTPOS transactions
- Coordinate lab work (sending/receiving)
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception and staff areas
- Provide occasional chairside assistance to clinical staff when needed

**Essential**:

- At least 1 year of dental reception experience
- Customer service background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with dental management software (highly regarded)

**Preferred (not essential)**:

- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business
- Previous dental assisting or chairside experience
- A passion for 80’s music and trends (yes, we’re serious - bonus points)
