About the Role

ServiceStream's Utilities Division delivers end-to-end engineering and asset management services to leading utility and infrastructure providers across Australia.

In the water sector, ServiceStream is offering the opportunity for apprenticeships and/or young workers to join our Network Repairs team working across the Greater Sydney Region
- Ability to work in a team environment, you will be involved in sewer asset construction, maintenance and emergency responses
- Excavate and backfill trenches and manholes manually using hand tools, crowbar and rammer etc.
- Assist in shoring excavations
- Assist in any other work-related tasks as directed by the Crew Leader.
- Work safely and undertake safety training
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Clean work area and truck.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Willing to undertake all compulsory training and competencies i.e. Enter and Work in Confined Spaces & Work Safely at Heights
- After hours emergency work may be requested.

In addition to the above, we require an individual who;
- Has a Construction Industry White Card
- Enjoys being physically active and working outdoors
- Willing to undertake a TAFE Cert III in Civil Construction
