Mikcon has an impressive fleet of late model equipment including trucks, graders, and articulated dump trucks with over 80 excavators ranging from 1.5T to 80T. These can be supplied with a wide range of attachments and GPS control and are available for project use or external plant hire. Mikcon has an equipment management plan that covers proactive maintenance and a fleet renewal strategy that ensures late model equipment with latest safety features are available for projects.

Our team includes experienced project managers, engineers, supervisors, skilled and qualified operators, mechanics pipelayers and welders. Ongoing training and verification of competencies provides assurance that not only WHS requirements are met but also confidence that projects will be executed with quality workmanship.

Multiple roles including:

- Excavator Operators and operators.
- Civil/Construction Labourers
- Pipe Layers

**Requirements**:

- White Card
- VOC
- Covid passport
- Clean Driver’s license

Core objectives include:

- Provide assistance to tradesman
- To arrive at the correct job site on time
- Works in a safe manner and performs a pre-start checklist before commencement of work.
- Regular checking of machines during operation.
- Ensure regular and preventative maintenance procedures are carried out.
- Works under general supervision either individually or in a team environment.
- Exercises discretion within their level of skills and training.
- Identifies basic faults in materials and equipment.
- Interacts harmoniously with employees of other companies on-site.
- Adapts to a changing work environment.
- Communicates essential information

Must be available Monday - Friday with some Saturday work. Great pay and company culture

**Salary**: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
