**About the role at QBE**

Responsible for the execution of motor and property strategy changes and delivery of new initiatives for claims in order to improve the customer experience, drive growth and bottom-line profitability. Engage QBE partners, stakeholders and operations to help with the execution of change and understanding of the motor and property strategy to build QBE’s claims future.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Process Management and Ongoing Improvement - Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per hour
