We’re looking for a **Repairs Coordinator**to join our **Maintenance Team**in **Mascot, NSW.**
**_What will you be doing? _**
- Planning and coordinating major elevator repair works
- Ordering materials, working closely with specialist suppliers and subcontractors
- Managing labour including providing a weekly planner and rostering of team
- Managing repairs team performance and skill development
- Actively participating in site visits to ensure work is being completed safely and efficiently
- Performing quality and safety audits
- Build relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
**What are we looking for?**
- Mechanical/Electrical trade qualifications
- 3 - 5 years’ experience working in the elevator industry
- People management experience
- Full drivers licence
- Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams
- Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
- Ability to interact with customers and ensure a positive impact
- Effective written and verbal communicator
