Join us as an **Assistant Operations Manager - Port Operations** where you will lead the operations team in all aspects of port facilities and activities, including Brisbane International Cruise Terminal, cargo handling, vessel scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations while maintaining strong port user relationships.

**Collaborative, skilled and engaged — Here’s who we’re looking for**:

- You have an operations leadership background within shipping, yard, rail, port or logistics.
- You can juggle and effectively prioritise multiple tasks with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- You have a health and safety mindset, a natural leader with great communication skills.
- You have an understanding of risk and compliance and the ability to comply with the appropriate governance regarding all port operations systems and standards.
- You are flexible and comfortable working in fast-paced environments, across multiple projects and with changing priorities.
- You’re comfortable working a rotating roster including weekend work.
