Develop, implement, and monitor contemporary workplace wellbeing, health and safety processes and systems to support and design services and programs with wellbeing, health and safety, injury prevention and risk management - Use data and technology to identify risks, monitor performance, measure effectiveness of interventions and report and promote progress and outcomes in accordance with legislative and corporate obligations. Lead the provision of specialist advice, support, and capability development to senior and line management, regarding strategic and other issues relating to work wellbeing, health & safety, and capability building. Undertake advanced or complex investigations, advisory and assurance activities and develop strategies to resolve problems and manage wellbeing, health & safety risks - Case management of complex WHS matters including rehabilitation and return to work matters. Act as authorising officer for the workplace health and safety corporate compliance, risk and assurance activities and related reporting requirements.Essential / desirable requirementsMust have contemporary experience in working in the areas of psychosocial safety, sexual assault and harassment response and prevention.If you are interested in this job, we encourage you to read the attached role description and talk to the contact officer.
