**About the role**:
Merri-bek City Council is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Public Health and Wellbeing Officer who enjoys contact with the community and working with a dynamic team to contribute to the safety and amenity of the municipality. This officer will work closely with Councils team of Environmental Health Officers to deliver public health outcomes for the community.

**Skills and experience require to perform the role**:

- Qualification in Public/Environmental Health are desirable but not essential
- Eligible to be a member of Environmental Health Professionals Australia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships in a diverse community
- Current drivers licence
