**The Opportunity**

Climateworks Centre is looking for a dynamic individual to develop, manage and support high-profile interventions that shape policy and drive decarbonisation in heavy industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop, Manage and/or Support Policy Interventions**:Plan, scope, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful policy outcomes.
- **Develop Influence Plans**: Create and implement strategies to advance Climateworks' policy priorities.
- **Build Relationships**:Engage with government, business, community groups, and research organisations.
- **Identify Opportunities**:Seek partnerships and prepare a variety of documents to support Climateworks' mission.
- **Communicate Research**: Actively contribute to presenting Climateworks' ideas to policy influencers and senior executives.
- **Provide Strategic Advice**:Support the development of Climateworks' strategy and policy plans.
- **Share Knowledge**:Ensure Climateworks is across climate, energy, and industry policy developments.
- **Foster Positive Culture**: Demonstrate leadership values and influence organisational culture.
