A respected statutory and regulatory body is seeking a skilled legal professional to lead high-impact investigations into professional conduct matters.

You will be part of a collaborative, mission-driven environment with a focus on public protection and ethical practice. As a senior legal counsel, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop a skilled legal team while managing complex, high-profile cases.

  • Lead and mentor a small team of investigators managing complaints.
  • Provide guidance to team members on complaint pathways, case management, and the preparation of high-quality reports.
  • Manage team resources, conduct performance reviews, and drive best practice in professional conduct investigations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years PQE as an Admitted Solicitor.
  • Strong experience in investigations, regulatory law, or professional conduct matters.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a legal team, with a collaborative and hands-on management style.
