**About the Company**
Our NSW State Government client supports education and training for excellent health care across the NSW Health system.
**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a Project Coordinator with RTO delivery & assessment experience to join their team in St Leonards or with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 2-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Working within the Leadership Management Development & Educational Design Portfolio business unit, you will be required to undertake project activities to support the implementation and delivery of the Diploma Leadership and Management.
Your duties will include, however, are not limited to the following;
- Deliver education and training services relating to Diploma of Leadership and Management
- Provide high level customer service, answering enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Utilise project management methodology to coordinate and implement projects
- Track, monitor and report on project scope, status updates, milestones and deliverables
- Generating reports for monitoring and evaluating processes
- Identify trends and issues, mitigating risks whilst contributing to continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
**About You**
To ensure your success you will ideally have;
- Tertiary Qualifications in Training, Adult Education or an equivalent discipline
- Completed both TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment & BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management essential
- Demonstrated experience facilitating training
- High attention to detail
- Adaptable, quick thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence immediately and commit to the duration of the assignment
