**About the Company**
This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 6-month contract paying up to $1300/ Day + Super. This role is located in Parramatta/ WFH

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Finance Program Lead to establish a statutory entity with a leading NSW Government agency. The Program Lead will be assisting in creating a new program focusing on statutory reporting and tax compliance. This role requires previous knowledge of Statutory reporting on SAP.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP and Statutory reporting
- Understating of AASB, Taxation, Business Creation and Compliance
- Understanding of Government funding process and procedures
- Work Collaboratively with finance, IT and Legal teams across the department and manage stake holders.

**About You**
- Previous experience in Finance with knowledge of statutory reporting and legal compliance
- Demonstrated knowledge of AASB, SAP and entity creation
- Demonstrated ability to liaise communicate with key stakeholders both internal and external
- Previous government experience desirable.
